Cape Town: Today the management of Rheinmetall Denel Munition (RDM) was given the identities of those who died in the incident on 3 September.
The families of those affected were invited to an information session with the Forensic Pathology Service, which took place today, 13 September. RDM provided transport for the families there and back.
Once the families had received the information, they gave permission to RDM to share this with the public at large.
